- basically we weren't including a settings file
- that's ok, just make the value a variable
- also comment up the entierty of server/methods.js

- may come back in the future

- meteor npm init needed to install package

- plus package updates

- needs more head

- navbar is now green

Someone still needs to make real colors for it though, it's all grays right now

Still plenty broken though

But CSS hates me so it doesn't really work someone pls help

But doesn't want to show the right day of the week...

Fixed bad link in secrets.js.template

Changed the link from developers.darksky.net to darksky.net/dev/
