Removed the entire history of the node-webkit binaries, shrank
repository from ~115MB to ~2MB.

Because of the new UAC portal, we no longer need to emulate the DOM, and
thus no longer need ZombieJS. Instead, we can now perform everything
using request.

I don't even know why async was in there.

Removed a few unneccesary dependencies, mucked around with jsdom to no longer require Contextify, which means no more platform specific builds! Started some improvements for offline detection, it checks with the UAC page to see if you're still logged in there, going to try to figure out how to let it send a heartbeat so you don't go offline in the first place.
