- remove every "fa" font
- looks much cleaner overall

- Also remove old css file
- Better imports for forms.py

- simple page, no form implementation yet

- I swear I fixed this, probs in another branch..

- also update fontawesome
- also now use html5 (lol this wasen't the case)

- this time remove piwik tags

 - and use django's static loader

- it really is awesome: not gonna lie

- as such, no longer necessary to include in our project as it's own file

- improved organization by seperating out non-app templates from app templates
