- Just changed the regex for short urls in urls.py

This allows us to run `journalctl -u go` in production

on the very first time you ran docker-compose up, it would not work because the database was not fully built. now it should work regardless

I goofed and named something wrong 💩 now environment vairables should be configurable from the docker-compose.yml

- comments were already here so..

- we don't use piwik, so remove those vars

- Update dat package
- Also remove a deprecated import we don't need

that installed app.
