Changed the DateTimerPicker() in forms.py to update time appropriately. (Closes Issue#65)

Changed 'default=datetime.date.now() + timedelta(day=1)'
to  'default=lambda: datetime.date.now() + timedelta(day = 1)'

Also tested it after the day had changed.
