Update email sending to account for staff emails
See below. We've had signups from Mason staff and the emails fail because of the condition described below. We need to just send all email to @gmu.edu to account for students and staff.
Mailing is a bit complicated at mason. Everyone can receive mail at @gmu.edu, but only staff can send mail from @gmu.edu, while students have to send from @masonlive.gmu.edu. And students can receive from @masonlive.gmu.edu, but staff cannot.
