Tagging go links for /myLinks

Summary

This would be an issue that would only ever come up for ultra power users. That said, I have a prof who writes like two or three bit.do links on the whiteboard every class. That's a lot of links. I can only image that he does this for every class, and for every semester too.

I don't know what the best implementation for the user would be, but you could create lists, and add links to lists. On the flip side, you could tag links, and then click on a tag to view links with only particular tags.
