- Should be a not on line 356 of event.js

- Had an error with the way it was before.

- Per @takkaria 's suggestion, actually pay attention to the
  spec and put the EXDATE parameter as it's own line.
- Also use a colon instead of an equal sign (since it is it's
  own property)

TODO: Write the test case(s) for this.

- Just realized I forgot this.

Basically, I'm new to js and just learned typeof doesn't work with dates. I'm pretty sure there's a less atrocious way to check this, but it's what I've got now.
