post reminders to plan meetings in #meeting-planning
Two days before a meeting, post a reminder to the #meeting-planning channel at 10am to plan out the upcoming meeting. Pull the dates of upcoming meetings from the Google calendar API and compare with 'today' to assess when to post.
(Denizens of #meeting-planning should then create a Trello list on a meetings board titled the date of the meeting with cards for events and activities happening at the meeting, in a mostly chronological order.)
One day before a meeting, post a question to the #meeting-planning channel asking if a meeting has been planned at 10am. Include a yes or no button on the bot's post to trigger the actions described in issue #3, a day-before meeting reminder to everyone in #general. This bot should listen and wait for a positive or negative response, or wait until 3pm. If the response is negative, or no response has been received, ask again in the afternoon, at 3pm. If the response is still negative, rip, and no day-before reminder will be posted in #general. If the response is positive, refer to issue #3.
