additional social media meeting hype

On the day before the meeting, at 10am, post to #current-devs a reminder to decide to post, or to schedule a post on the Mason SRCT Facebook page.

Additionally indicate that if we have a special speaker or other special event that is happening at upcoming meeting to augment the automated timing posts on Twitter with human-written posts describing the meeting.

Use the Google Calendar and Slack APIs to calculate when this post should sent, and how to post it.
