post reminders to book rooms for weekend development meetings

While a semester is ongoing, (check the file with dates from Mason's 3-year calendar), at 11:30pm on Saturday, send a post to #current-devs saying if they are going to book a room for a development meeting, they need to do so in 30 minutes. Include in this message a button to indicate whether or not we will be holding a development meeting this weekend.

This is because 6 and 8 person rooms in Fenwick become available for reservation one week beforehand.

If a positive response was received, or if no response was received, follow up with a second post at 12:30pm asking to verify that a room was booked. Include a yes or no button. If no response is received, c'est la vie, and take no action.

Regarding now both sets of buttons-- if a negative response is send from the first post, post to #meeting-planning that there will be no development meeting this weekend.

For the second post, if a positive response is sent, send a post to #meeting-planning that a development meeting room has been booked for this coming weekend. Also send a response to #current-devs gently remind someone needs to update the Google Calendar.
