the privacy filtering already handles this, but this makes it more correct for the user-- if you don't live on campus you can't set to 'floor' or 'room'-- that just doesn't make sense

fixed the spacing problem between rows of building's floors and majors by changing a br tag to css, as it should be anyway

added a whole bunch of the size-specific css classes (lg/md/sm/xs/) on the update_student form template rendering to make things not appear absolutely nutty

added an upper and lower bound on the integerfield for graduating_year, and finally extended the char length of gender

update student now has inline errors on each line instead of way up at the top of the form all bunched together

modified search form accordingly now that the bootstrap css class crucial for proper rendering is included
