this does little to reduce complexity, but it's marginally more readable to go building by building rather than room by room

shrink the text size of lengthy major names... fixes overflow problem with the exception of Information Systems and Operations Management BS on 'md'

increased to an hour from 15 minutes caching for other public pages-- building list, building, and major list

modified the help and informational text on update_student regarding profile pics and unsupported buildings

modified the form_valid method the support adding and removing m2m major relationships in update_student

changed major field on student to many_to_many, and supported in admin interface to allow migrations

added graduating year to search results page, or: procrastinating on making database changes to support multiple majors

added floor selection to js and broke out js to separate file to load on both housing selection field templates

theoretical room selector fix-- cache list of room <option>'s for an hour, and then js-select the room the student is staying in on load

changed all occurrences of updateStudent to update_student and updateStudentMajor to update_student_major

removed login requirement for major and housing list pages, since there's no sensitive information there; added a 'pls sign up' message at the top

noting that there will need to be drastic changes for majors that need to be handled very carefully supported in the next release
