added links to the a links that are already part of the legends, because for some reason those weren't there before; additionally, added the same spacing class as added the majors and detail_building buttons

fixed the spacing problem between rows of building's floors and majors by changing a br tag to css, as it should be anyway

fixed what seems to be one of the last mobile-rendering responsiveness issues-- footer text now centers on small sizes, instead of being left-aligned on one side and right-aligned on the other

added a whole bunch of the size-specific css classes (lg/md/sm/xs/) on the update_student form template rendering to make things not appear absolutely nutty
