- I figure we dont need this anymore since it's moved _way_ beyond UI

- essentially firefox let us down and now we have to hax around it
- ie. some cache issue prevents favicons from loading properly w/out
appended text

- I could not open the favicon in the repo so I loaded my own

- Started to figure something out for the sidebar. Bootstrap doesn't appear to suppport this over well.

- made some background colors colored so that you can see where the divs are
