Convert building codes to actual names for the GMU Scraper

:dhaynes: and I had to go to a class today and were presented with BL 129. Kind of useless if you don't know that that's the Blue Ridge Residence Hall.

Anyway, probably a good way to do this is to change the abbreviations to full strings in the actual scraper to keep this cross-school compatible.

Shouldn't be that difficult to implement, so I'll wait till a meeting and do it with somebody who wants to learn something.
