the functionality isn't there yet but the modal pops up and looks

Web now sends requests to hostname/api instead of a hard coded URL

- Added simple server to serve `dist/index.html` in prod
- Split webpack config into common, dev, and prod files
- Added an environment check in ApiService.ts to determine which endpoint to use

Changed front end from downloading an iCal file to opening a webcal://

this was much less work than I expected

- enough wiggle room for future design work
- also it needs to be abstracted from ScheduleBadge into another
component

using combineReducers to create the store

- ability to search for CourseSections
- add to searchResults state
- if something in there, render cards (with static data for now)

- the close and generate buttons look like trash, need to spend time
making that great again
- progress is good otherwise

- to be displayed in a CourseSectionList TBD

- stateful component coming soon

- just need language...

- renaming and sticking with idiomatic react/redux

- I'm basically learning redux my commenting my way through
and refactoring some things a bit (stateless functions anyone?)
