bootstrap 4 has these crazy awesome new means of nudging content from place to place without creating your own classes

bootstrap 4 page elements are renamed, or speficied differently (like relying on classes instead of ids)

removed the now unnecessary yaml information, load the tablesorter js at the bottom, and polish function call

tablesorter bootstrap 4 css plugin by default requires either the new table-light or table-dark thead classes, of which we wish to use neither-- changed
