Most disclosures we receive were related to other GMU sources. Most emails were forwarded off to ITSO. This may be revived with collaboration with ITSO, but for now, we cannot run this program independently.

- gravatar is on TODO list

- at this point then need to be dissected down to not be plain
  html in jekyll...it's a waste of jekyll's feature set
