-This should make it so that if all the facilities in the list view show
status duration, it won't make scrolling sluggish (as it takes
a fair amount of computation to determine status duration)

- Yes, they did also work properly in the past, however some people
signify stuff when entering data differently than others, and so the
logic should now be a bit more general for determing whether its open 24/7

- Really not sure why I decided to save them to
SharedPreferences in the first place. Was pretty hacky
- Also changed some wording, and maybe some other stuff

- As far as I can tell, they work perfectly currently,
though they're not exactly as precise as I'd like. Not sure if there's a way
to make them more precise however.

- When facilities are deleted from the Api, the Realm DBs should
now be updated properly.

- Caused by the current method only updating the open status
open successful network calls.

- Also changed some wording, and added Tgrehawi to contributors
