Also changed min api level to 23 and removed some redundant code

Removed a setTheme in MainActivity that I put there for testing. This is now responsive to changes to the dark theme button, but you have to reload the app for them to appear. I might add a finish() so they're applied automatically. Not sure yet.

Dynamic theme changing is mostly done, but it doesn't work. I'm going to checkout master to debug the issue.

Adding a new style that overrides the dark theme instead of the light theme. I will test applying this theme in the next commit when I change the app's theme dynamically from the settings menu.

-I also added the public Fabric key to the repo, because it seemed there
was no other way. Really hope no one abuses that.

-And it literally took one line in my Gradle setup, that took 30 seconds
to search for. Last time I tried to fix this it took hours of searching
and I never found a solution. I want to die.

- Maybe. I was never actually able to reproduce the crashes, but I at
  least made the Realm stuff a bit more idiomatic, which should
  hopefully fix the problems.
