lol rendering white on white

I cannot for the life of me figure out why the large title bar doesn't show up in Xcode 9.1 for 11.1 It seemed to work fine on 11.0

also lots of pod updates

Technically the recognizer worked before but it threw a bunch of scary warnings at me at runtime so I've made it 'the right way'

Interface Builder is SUUUUUPER SLOW in Xcode 9

It was driving me nuts that we didn't have this when I was testing...

FIRST COMMIT USING XCODE 9 YOU SHOULD USE XCODE 9 NOW

We have to make some conversions to the types, especially because some things are saved as strings but used as dates in the code, either we'll just do a conversion for it, or just see if we can store things in that form without any issues

Also started working on making the launch screen actually look right

Added "Last Updated" label to bottom of screen like in Mail.app, as well as a refresh button which does the same thing as pull to refresh

Until there's like a 24 inch iPad or something then it'll look kind of weird

that was a lot more work than I anticipated for doing that, but it works now!

Also who needs notification buttons anyway...

Each Cell now contains a copy of the Facility it represents so it can pass it to the detail view

Also I updated license info on the headers

Note: needs data, currently returns an empty array for favorites
