Messed with the timing of the dismiss, 1 second felt a lil too fast, bumped up to like 1.1 and it feels a little more natural now?

still need to adjust some metrics but it does function now

Adjusted the code to use the new global variable where appropriate.  Note that the variable is set to true when a download attempts to happen, if a download doesn't occur thenit is assumed that there is no connection.

Created a new struct to store the global var for the network.  Network var gets flipped to true in the download code instead of using a new file.  This variable is going to be used primarily for smaller functions like alerts n such

Had to update my account, and change the bundle identifier for it to build.  I'll switch back before merging in-case that breaks anything in the dev build

working on adding a global variable to be used when checking for no network.  Going to modify our download code so the network check is done outside of that file

Still needs some work, but I'm shocked that I got this running properly first try!
