Resolve "Add ability to show unobtrusive alerts which will be added in the upstream API"

Made alerts work nicer over various screen sizes. Alignment isn't perfect, but its the best I know how to do

Also TIL you can make outlets out of constraints, that's super cool

now to make it prettier

turns out I was doing realm wrong. Had to go back and change some precesses

TODO: Specify which image to use and a background color, also just make it prettier

Resolve "Filters"

added checks for filters within the main list view controller. The list view controller now displays whatever is in shownFacilities, which is the filteredFacilities - anything from searching or favoriting

THE APP WILL SHOW NO FACILITIES UNTIL THE ACTUAL SORT FUNCTIONS ARE DONE FYI

In theory, this is properly modifying filters such that when the filtering is fully implemented, this will update the filter

started on having a second view for selecting things instead, not done yet

it still crashes on network update, will need a try/catch for that

it does compile. It does not yet work offline. But downloads are in a separate function now, so that's good?
