when the title was too long it would offset everything else

redoing the current api call method so it correctly goes through the chain of first
serving whatever is in local storage
checking if the api changed
updating local storage if need be
updating the js object

improved service worker(still needs work)
cached facilities in local storage (still needs work)
both the service worker and local storage caching need a good way to check if there is a change in the data so ill work on this next time

it doesnt do much yet but be patient ;)

The dataProviderService has been updated so data travels around the application properly
the place cards now talk with the context window to display information

also commented out place card stuff because it was braking when i changed the Place class

i removed the area picture
added a search box
added campus
changed a lot of stuff in sketch

until the api is done

dont look at the scraper now its dog shit
