Add "these hours are wrong" button/link
Sometimes the hours on What's Open are wrong as they are manually updated. Someone could press this button and send a message in some mailing list or slack channel to notify those who are able to update the hours in order to check for and update the hours.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
