- tags are for search
- labels are for informative phrases
- classifiers are for choosing which site to display on (shopmason, sodoxo, etc.)

- basically copy everything from Go

- documentation is in README for now

- also settings/ added
- also renamed whats_open to whats-open to be consistant with repo name
- updated docker and CI accordingly

- Docker now will use a mysql image
- base.py now loads mysql as the default database
with configuration env vars
- Also remove postgres remnants

- Just run `docker-compose build` and `docker-compose up` and the site will build
