The documentation needs to be finished being ported for the Python
implementation. It also has spelling and grammar errors that should
be fixed. There are some features that are not documented or
documented incorrectly.

Summary: It is not possible to switch verbose to False in the LP class

The LP class uses the module cvxopt for linear programming functionality. When
LP.verbose is set to False then the cvxopt.solvers.options['show_progress']
should also be False. Need to find a way to integrate the options component into
the LP class, or find another way around it.

Summary: Class LP linear programming is not in a usable state. Needs to be fixed.

This needs to be fixed before the version number will be bumped up to 0.14. To fix this
the cvxopt.solvers.lp functionality will have to be investigated.

These unit tests should be implemented as soon as possible. Will not make first release without them.

Summary: the input of 'h' to FiniteHorizon is not checked that it is a sane value

This should be checked to make sure it is a number. Perhaps it could also be a vector with a value for each state?
